"Honestly really happy with these"
I don’t know, I just felt good about the whole thing. The prices seemed totally fair, especially for the books, and the shipping was fine too. Overall it just felt worth it.

"Books was packed really good"
Got my books and they was packed really well. No dents or damage at all, so I’m happy with it.

"Blurry print and confusing support"
The print quality was disappointing. The whole thing came out blurry, and when I tried to get help, I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. It was frustrating because I just wanted a clear explanation and a decent print.

"Search was frustrating and nobody followed up"
I tried looking up a couple of books and the search results were all over the place. It kept showing me stuff that didn’t really match what I typed, and the navigation felt clunky too. I had to click around way more than I should’ve just to find basic details. I also expected some kind of follow-up after I ran into issues, but nobody reached out or seemed to care. Overall, frustrating experience

"My experience was kind of mixed. The..."
My experience was kind of mixed. The editing definitely helped in some places, they caught a lot of the obvious stuff, and the manuscript looked cleaner afterward. But when I went back through it myself, I still found a few awkward sentences and small typos that I felt should’ve been caught. So based on what I actually got back, I’d say it was decent, just not as careful or polished as I was hoping for.

"Decent prices, but I wanted a better deal"
I ordered a book from Rutgers University Press. Straightforward. The price looked fine at first, nothing wild, nothing that made me close the tab. Then shipping got added and it was like... okay, not terrible, but not exactly a bargain either.
I did manage to find a small discount, so that softened it a little. Still, I kept thinking there should be more promo codes. Or maybe student discounts. Something. The site itself was easy enough to use, no real complaints there. Just the savings part felt a bit underwhelming.

"I ordered a book and, to be fair..."
I ordered a book and, to be fair, it did show up in good condition. The shipping just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying but apparently not the end of the world. The tracking was basic, but it worked well enough. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed anything in a reasonable amount of time.

"Ordering was honestly really easy"
The whole process felt straightforward from the start, so I assumed it would be quick, and it definitely was. I didn’t have to overthink anything, just a simple, easy order

"I ordered a couple of books from..."
I ordered a couple of books from Rutgers University Press, everything was exactly what I chose. The titles were right, there weren’t any weird mix-ups, and the receipt was easy to understand too. Shipping took about as long as I figured it would, so I’m not sure what else people would expect. It’s nothing flashy, but I do think it’s worth saying when an order actually shows up correct the first time

"I hopped on the site just trying to..."
I hopped on the site just trying to find a couple books, and it was straightforward. I didn’t have to dig around or get frustrated, which is always nice. Everything showed up quickly, I found what I needed, and that was that. Simple and easy, really.

"Honestly, this press seems shockingly legit"
I checked it out expecting to be mildly skeptical, and then boom, actual good sources everywhere. It feels credible, like way more legit than I was mentally prepared for.

"Refund process was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I accidentally ordered the wrong book and tried to return it pretty much right away, but the whole process ended up being a pain. The return instructions weren’t very clear, like I wasn’t sure where to send it, what info to include, how long it would take, or even if anyone had actually seen my request. Getting a real response took days, and I had to follow up more than once just to get a basic update. It felt like I was constantly checking my email, wondering if the refund was processing, wondering if I missed a step, wondering if I needed to contact them again. The refund did finally come through, but by then it just felt like way too much hassle for a simple mistake. Not the best experience.

"Good ebook options and a fair experience"
I found the ebook I needed without much hassle, and checkout was straightforward. The download took about a minute to work, but it did come through fine. I do wish they offered a few more format options, because it feels like the right thing to give readers more flexibility after they’ve paid. Still, overall it was a decent experience and I don’t really have any major complaints.

"Shipping felt a bit pricey, but the books were fine"
The books arrived in good shape and I’m happy with them overall. The shipping cost did feel a little high to me, though it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

I needed some info about adopting a book for my class, and they got back to me quickly. I wasn’t sure if I was asking in the right place at first, but the whole process ended up being simple and straightforward. No runaround, which I really appreciated.

"Great books, but the site tested my patience"
Rutgers University Press has some really solid books, and the authors definitely seem to know what they’re talking about. I found the information useful, but the website can be kind of clunky and slow, which got annoying quickly. It’s not terrible, but I do wish it were easier to browse without feeling like I’m waiting around.

"Books was actually in stock"
I needed a couple Rutgers University Press books for class, and I was surprised they was actually available on the site.

Other places either said out of stock or had these weird long wait times, so finding them here felt like a small win. The inventory info seemed accurate too, which I really appreciated.

Ordering was easy, and I got what I needed without having to bounce around to five different stores. I’d use them again.

It has some useful information, but some of the pages just feel a bit outdated and thin. It’s decent overall, just not the most engaging read.

"Customer service was fine, just kind of slow"
I ordered from Rutgers University Press and, like, had a question about my shipment. Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, and I ended up having to send a follow-up too. Once they replied, they were polite and helpful enough, so, you know, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just kind of expected them to be a little quicker with getting back to me.

"Rutgers University Press has some solid titles, especially..."
Rutgers University Press has some solid titles, especially if you’re into academic subjects or regional topics. I did find a few books that caught my eye, but the selection feels a little narrow if you’re just casually browsing for something to read. Also, the site kind of works when it wants to, which gets annoying after a while. It’s not bad overall, just probably not a place I’d keep coming back to regularly.
